PRICING QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
How much do your drawing services cost?
We charge hourly: $20 per hour for CAD drafting and $25 per hour for Revit and BIM modeling. The final cost equals the estimated hours multiplied by the rate, so simple drawings cost less and complex sets cost more.
What is inside the price list?
The price book shows typical price ranges for our most popular deliverables: floor plans, elevations, sections, millwork and furniture shop drawings, CAD conversions, and Revit models. It helps you budget a project before requesting an exact quote.
How do I get an exact quote for my project?
Send us your sketches, scans, PDFs, or point clouds through the form. A project manager will review the materials and reply with an estimated number of hours and a delivery date. The estimation itself is free.
What affects the final cost?
The main factors are the complexity of the object, the number of views and sheets, the quality of the source materials, and the deadline. Clean source files reduce the hours needed.
Are revisions included in the price?
Yes. The first two rounds of revisions are free. This is usually enough to polish the drawings to the final result.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, and your files and project details stay confidential either way.
